Take 2 cups of cheerios and blend them to powder with whatever you have( I use our magic bullet baby food maker) then mix that with 2 scoops of protein powder( I prefer cake batter flavor myself) use only enough liquid to make it drinkable. It tastes like heaven in a shaker cup
42 grams of whole grain carbs / 50 grams of protein/ almost zero fat
