My question is:
Let's suppose I do a leg train, 1 hour and a half. Intense one.
I take one pack before training, and 2 packs right after training.
Would only one pack hold my muscle mass during my workout?
I am 6'2" and 215 lbs
Would it be necessary another pack intra training? Or nitro would last in my system enough time to cover me up?

Thats a question I dont know anyone will have an answer for... If I were u, wut I might do is a pack before and a pack right after, followed by a shake and then a whole food meal. Thats pretty much wut I do anyway...

You aren't going to lose mass while training. Nitro will help with endurance because of the BCAAs and EAAs. It will help fuel the anabolic environment in your body created by resistance training.

Just take one before and one after as the can says. Then get a good meal or shake with in an hour or two. I've found a fast carb is more important for stopping post workout crash than a shake.

I think thats a solid stack bro. You will do well as long as your food is good. I wouldnt say you would need one intra.
