Makes 4 Servings
1 lb ground buffalo (bison) meat or any lean, grass-fed ground beef
¼ cup quick oats
¼ cup mushrooms, diced
¼ cup onions, diced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Sea salt to taste
1 whole-wheat hamburger bun
(Nutrition facts per serving)

Directions
In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients and shape into four ¼-inch-thick patties. Grill the patties at medium-high heat, four to five minutes per side. Serve on a whole-wheat hamburger buns (or eat as is, if you’re watching your carbs) with your favorite vegetables and condiments.

Where do you get buffalo? I've made turkey burgers with similar ingredients used here, but I've never seen buffalo if any of our supermarkets.
