Whats good brothers? My problem is that I am having trouble with eating alot of calories day in and day out. I have been training hard for a year now and as of late I have noticed that ill have days where I can eat anything in sight, and come back the next couple days and cant even finish a breakfast. I am training 4-5 times a week and even on training days after lifts I still cant get down enough food. so anyone have this problem?? or know some things to help with it? anything is appreciated
Thanks

Brotha, there is no easy way. No shortcut, no magic pill. As hard as ya bust ur hump in the gym, you just need to double ur efforts at the kitchen table. It ultimately comes down to discipline and dedication... Simple as that. Sorry.
There are strategies to help, but they are only to help... Why can't ya eat? Always full? Not enough time? Dont have great meal choices?

Real Gains. You'll get 600cals of liquid deliciousness. Its a great product to ADD to your daily caloric intake.
Try taking digestive enzymes with every meal and shake. They will break down the food faster so you'll be hungry sooner. You could also try Animal M-Stak. I know I get hungry as hell on that!

Drink a shake in the middle of the night, when you wake up to piss. Extra calories, and also makes you hungry when you wake up.
Is your diet high in fiber? That stuff will fill you up quick. You need some, but keep it in check.
If your getting nausea from eating a lot use ginger root extract.

Im not sure I will feel like im hungry and make a large meal and i'll get half way thru and be unable to finish it. It is something that has just happened recently also so i was just curious if any other people had that same problem.

Thank You

So ur already utilizing "liquid" cals in the form of shakes. That wuz one strategy. Ultimately, it sounds like its really comin down to discipline brotha... Many have the same prob, but they work thru small appetites.
Without knowing about your diet or goals, I can only go on assumptions, so sorry if this doesn't answer anything. How many times a day do you eat? As you said you don't feel hungry after eating a large meal, would 5-6 smaller portions be better suited for you if you don't do this already? I've got to be honest, but I'm not much of a calorie counter, but go more instead on the protein/ carb/ fat sources, so maybe focus on this instead?
I know a regimented diet can be a hassle, but when you get it right you will notice the benefits in the gym.

Gonna try to not sound like a dick here. "unable to finish it". Where theres a will theres a way, you simply have to want it bad enough and force it down. i remember when I first started eating 3500 to 4000 cals a day, eating use to hurt and it sucked but I simply did it and eventually my body got use to it and now if i dont eat that amount i'll get hunger shakes and all that shit. No ones going to give you the answer you want on this one. You just have to do it.
