I know for me the squat and the bench are probably my weakest lifts but depending on what we are doing I could hang w/ 225 for 14 or 15 and on squats 315 for maybe 10-15 depending on the day. My strongest lifts are any type of grip contest or deadlift. I can deadlift 315 all day or even a double overhand axle for 315-340 for holds. My biggest strength is just winning, I have done some crazy things lifting when I knew what I had to beat. I live for competition, doesn't matter what I am picked for I will represent 100%.

Well be warned... my bench sucks lol. I am pretty confident in mys squats and deads though. Having never lifted in The Cage before I don't know what I'll bring. I do know that with the epic support group we've got in here I will set a pr of some kind though. So stoked for next month!

Well I have either trained with or talked to about my training with the captains. Like some of the others I am not a big talker, I just get in and get what i need to get done. My biggest strength without a doubt is squat. my other lifts are just ok. Ever since signing up on here I have added training 315 squats for reps to every leg workout. I am not gonna but a number to how many reps I can do. But know this, I will give it everything I have!

Most confident with deadlifts for sure. I'm still on the come up from a shoulder tear so I'm not too confident with my bench. I'm relearning the squat at the moment and though its not terribly impressive, I'll do it if a team selects me and calls for it.
