I am a first time investor in Creatine and i can't seem to choose which one to pick. What creatine have you guys been using and would you recommend it? Which do you think is worth the money and i should invest in?
I cannot buy online because i don't have a credit card. So basically looking for creatine that i can buy from a store or suttin. Thanx

I myslef have not tried Animal Pump. However, I have used Animal products and they have all worked. As far as which creatine works, your body is the only true answer. Each person is different and products work different on everyone. I have used MuscleTech and Vitargo-CGL. Both have worked for me.
Good Luck.

Animal Pump is awesome, but you could always just go with plain old Creatine Monohydrate in powder form at any Health Food Store like GNC or Henry's, or even a lot grocery stores carry it now, if you want a cheap but effective creatine supplement. Just mix it in fruit juice or honey and water to absorb easy.
My favorite stack is Universal Storm and Shock Therapy. Shock Therapy pre workout usually about 30-45 mins before and Storm almost immediately after I've compeleted training.

Universal Storm, SAN V12 & Vault, Syntrax Swole v3, Omega Cre-ethyl Thunder...all great products which I have used and loved. Haven't tried Pump yet but judging by the quality of the other products I'm sure its grade A as well.
All studies say mono works, Ive only used cee, and cee/glutamine. I got the gains that you always hear about from creatine. But Im gonna go with the group concensus, animal pump will be in my next order

Why not start with the basics... A high quality mono?

id just buy storm or if not tht then a pure none flavored mono.
I have been using the STORM and SHOCK THERAPY combo for quite some time and nothing else i have ever used has come close to the results that i have been getting from these two. I have been reading and hearing some great feedback on the PUMP but i am a firm believer of "if it's not broke, don't fix it" so i have stuck with the Storm and Shock Therapy. Maybe i will try the Pump when i get done with these two.
I am about two weeks in using Pump and I already love this stuff! Anybody having any stomach issues with this?

i tried SAN v12 Turbo, results were great but the downside for me was, everytime i took a scoop i didnt shit on that day, it just didnt come out. So i had to keep few days clean and eat loads of fiber.. eventually i stopped using it. it just wasnt worth it.
I use straight CEE as opposed to mono as mono tends to bloat me a bit. CEE tastes like shit though but you get used to it. I mix it with my destrose/whey PWO.

i was a st/storm addict for the longest time, and you couldn't pry those two jugs from my dead dries fingers....until Pump. gotta give props to animal for the ultimate no/creatine set up. now, to keep things fresh, i alternate between the two. run out of pump, get the st/storm and visey versy.
Storm or mono. either way it well be the best bang for your buck of any supps.
any body mess with this or is a waste of money.

I'm looking to order Creatine within the next few days.
Wondering what the most popular brand is to order? Im looking for about 500 grams worth, something with 5 grams per serving..
I plan on ordering from bodybuilding.com, so if possible, drop a link for me.
Thanks

Animal PUMP bro, it has 3 different kinds of creatine in it. read up on it. http://www.animalpak.com/html/sections.cfm?id=59
but creatine monohydrate is the cheapest creatine you can get (i think?) and it still works. when i first was taking it i noticed strength gains and everything.
There are lots of good creatines. The most popular is not necessarily the best especially when factoring in tangibles like price. Also might I suggest checking this link before buying from Bodybuilding.com. I believe there are some sites that simply smoke them.

i had luck with muscletech's cell-tech and it tastes good. every creatine works better for different people. and some dont respond to creatine at all. but try a creatine ethyl ester. people seem to respond to it well. i am seeing good gains with muscletech creakic right now as well. never tried any universal creatine products but i will in the future. most people in here will only use universal products and thats great but i try everything and when i have tried several different products i will know what works for me. just make sure you give a product a chance to prove its worthiness. dont just take it 3 weeks and say oh this shit sucks. i like to give every supplement two months minimum.
The cheapest by far is original creatine monohydrate. Almost all indepedent science supporting creatine has been done with mono. Pros - very cheap, very proven. Cons - absorption rate inefficient (meaning you'll need sugars to help spike insulin) some people are non-responders (estimated about 15%) some people also gain some good water weight. Other types mostly have the same concept behind them: that if you attach it to certain molecules, it'll help to get absorbed (meaning you need to take less), one of the more popular types of this is CEE Creatine Ethyl Ester, also pretty cheap if you buy it by itself. The idea behind Kre-Alkalyn is that creatine breaking down to creatinine (which it does when it's put in liquid form, in a matter of just a couple minutes. Creatinine is useless) is directly related to the pH, so kre-alkalyn is a buffered creatine supposedly needing hardly a third of the dosage (1-3 grams) and you can keep it in liquid form as it won't break down to creatinine

hey bro, im not sure about the others brothers in here but i'm pretty selective when it comes to my preworkout supps. i avoid creatine monohydrate totally, it ok but usually just gets thrown in to make weight.
creatine ethyl ester, tri-creatine malate and di-creatine malate are all good creo products, but if you can get them in a stack together it'll blow you out of the water.
animal pump has the stuff as long as you can swallow the pills, myself i'm a fan of IGNITE 2 by POWERZONE, it is a fire cracker in a bottle.

9) Conflicts of Interest...
The Forvm is a forum run by the brothers at Animalpak.com, a website dedicated to all things Animal. Animal is more than a lifestyle... It is a way of life, a relentless pursuit of iron. Yet Animal also represents a line of supplements--a solid fucking one at that. So while the Training, Diet and Livin' sections will remain completely unfettered, realize that the Packs section will be limited to discussions about Animal "packs". You wanna talk about other supplements in general, post in the "Supplements 101" sub-section. Couple caveats--we do not want the blatant, egregious promotion of our competitors or their products. In other words, we don't want this community filled up with reps or shills for other companies. Also, we will not condone the bashing of other companies, stores, or anything related to this industry.
please read the rules...we can not talk about other companies stuff...that being said get some PUMP....

STORM is solid, 4 forms of creatine with an advanced delivery system for optimum absortion, gives a wicked pump, even without the SHOCK THERAPY by its side, is equally ace pre, during, or post workout, contains 80 generous servings, it meets all your creatine needs and from 5 weeks experience of the stuff, has given my gains in both size and strength a whole new dimension, its now a staple i will always have by my side, grape splash tastes great too. PUMP is also a quality product, tho ive responded better to STORM. Jus personal preference, each to his own.
EASI
I'd go with either Pump or Storm, as both contain MCC. Magnesium creatine chelate is my favorite form as I have tried all others and when I tried MCC I definitely noticed a HUGE difference.
whats up brothers. quick question, what type of creatine should i take or should i take any at all? im pretty sure its monohydrate! but i just want to make sure, and if so what are some good products out there?

I was informed that if you are taking pump, you should be covered for the necessary daily amount, but mono is good creatine. When I do take it, I usually drink it with a gatorade or something a bit sweet for fast delivery. But find what work for you....hope this helps....

give us some info about you bro, and we'll sugest some supplements... a few questions you should ask yourself: bulking/cutting ? is the diet in check? what about training routine?

Whatever your goals are, I generally advise adding creatine into your arsenal. Some people are non-responders to monohydrate (such as myself) so you can also check out creatine ethyl ester which is a different form, but essentially the same effect.
But as the other bros said, make sure your diet and routine are in order first before adding any supplements in. When you first start out with supplements it's easy to start taking a bunch at the same time, but if you do that then you really don't know which one is being effective and doing what for you. It's always better to start out slow, take your time and see what works best for you.
sorry brothers, yes this wil be my first time trying creatine, and i am on a bulking stage right now, i will be for about a nother 2 months or so. im about 5'11 195! i train monday-friday
monday-chest
tuesday-back
wensday-shoulders
thursday-arms
friday-legs
i eat about 5 to 6 meals aday and try to focus it mostly on high protein foods, such as steak and chicked and tune and ect..anf after i lift i go for high protein but also about 60-100 good carbs like fruit and gatorade and such
You might want to look into Universal's Storm. Solid creatine formula and cost effective.
