Whats up family,

Its the season to lean out, and this guy didnt do much cardio over the winter. Mistake I know...I am about 205 15% BF. I want to get to a solid 170-175...What is the best way to get into the best shape and no to little muscle. Would being on the treadmill getting my target heart rate for 30-60min be better or worse than 20-30 min of interval runs? I usually do cardio and abs in the morning, then mid day I hit the weights, then later I do cross fit. I work out every other day. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks

It's all about diet. Drop your carbs in half and up your protein and fat. If results are going to slow keep reducing your carbs. Simple as that.

Defintely what I did. I started carb cycling as well this week.
