You should check out Big Wayne's Gym at 145 E White St, Rock Hill, SC 29730 (803) 329-2963. It's owned by Big Wayne Vanostrand who is a competitive powerlifter holding raw bench records (the man can rep his 200lbs dumbbells on flat bench for sets of 8-10). It's got a ton of different machines, dumbbells from 5lbs-200lbs, plates from 2.5-100lbs, free weights, a mono-lift, an MMA gym, and a too much more to list. It's about the most reasonably priced in the area and is open 24 hours. Check it out on Facebook and like it.
