Hi Fellas.
I finally decided to go on a carb cycling diet.

Help me out here..
I am just in the first phase of figuring these cycle days now.
My usual workout is as follows

Mon - Chest
Tue - Back
Wed - Shoulders
Thur - Arms
Fri - Legs

I've read that I should have high carb days when i train muscles that i want to improve the most, in my case thats shoulders and chest.

So would this work?

Mon - Chest - High Carbs
Tue - Legs - Low
Wed - Arms - Moderate
Thur - Shoulders - High
Fri - Back - Moderate
Sat - Cardio - Low
Sun - Cardio - Moderate

Notice how I tried not to stack two high or low carb days in a row. I also switched leg and back day.

Any help would be appreciated.. suggestions, tips?
Thanks brothers.

hmm, might work. I've heard about people cycling carbs in terms ofhigh, low, med, low, high, low etc. PErsonally, I like to cycle according to what I'm doing. I follow a 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off split so I cycle like this. I go between low, moderate, and high carbs. high means some type of carb with every meal, moderate is carbs with 1/2 the meals, and low is only one carb meal a day.
Day1- on/moderate
Day 2- on/high
day 3-off/low
day 4-on/moderate
day 5-on/high
day 6- off/moderate
day 7-off low

Yo bro, don't be so strict about your cycling right now. Being new to this, you're going to find that it's a little different than you think it's going to be, and you're going to tweak it as you go along. I do two high carb days a week, using one for wheels and the other for back, because these are my most ball-busting days. Go off what you have for a while and then change it up accordingly, dropping or adding carbs here and there. I do zero carb days every so often, and it sucks but it pays off every time. Good luck. Peace.
