Hi guys, first post here, happy to get to know you!

Some background: was doing p90x routines 3 days / week (except cardio ones) in the morning and boxing in the evening.2 broken ribs then a surgery kept me out of any exercising for about 5 months. I started recovery exercises 1 month and a half ago, everything going well, I got approval from doctors to go ahead and go wild. I’m planning for an extreme workout month; I’m aware of the risk of overtraining but still want to experiment this.

1) Objectives
a. Get back in shape
b. Keep/increase mass. Mass loss acceptable.
c. Definition, definition, definition

2) Schedule / diet / supplements
i. 6 AM
1. breakfast: eggs, red meat, cereals
2. Animal Pak
ii. 8 AM
1. Animal PUMP
2. Monday / Thursday: Chest / back / abs – p90x routine
3. Tuesday/ Friday: Arms / shoulders / abs – p90x routine
4. Wednesday/Saturday: legs / back / abs - p90x routine
5. Torrent after
iii. 13PM: Lunch: red meat, potatoes, etc
iv. 7PM: Animal Nitro
v. 8PM: Monday to Friday
1. Jump rope (30 mins)
2. shadow boxing: 30 mins
3. heavy bag / shadow boxing with weighted gloves: 30 mins
vi. 11PM
1. Animal PM
2. Animal Flex
3. Sleep

Planning to start this on the 25 feb
