Came across a new recipe and decided to kick it up a notch.

1/2lb 93/7 Beef
1/2lb Turkey Sausage
1 Poblano Pepper
1 Red Onion
32ozs of frozen chopped broccoli
32oz Egg Beaters South Western
8ozs Mushrooms

Chop up the onion, pepper, and mushrooms.
Toss them in a skillet with the meat and defrosted broccoli to brown and saute. Season to flavor
Spray a 9"x11" oven pan with non stick spray and then pour in contents of the skillet.
Pour in Egg Beaters until nearly covered
Cook at 350 for about 40 -45 minutes.

It comes out to about 1436 calories. I chop it in to thirds and carry it to work for dinners. So, it would be about 478 calories and 52 grams of protein per serving.

I've found that increasing the cooking time to 55 minutes actually gives better results.
