Whats up guys. What is your opinion or preferred training method with your core? I have done a little bit of everything and honestly they all seem to work fine. Training them independently or just lifting heavy with a tight core seems to all get good results.

I train core at least twice a week. Usually on non-leg day and on a day where the cardio isn't too heavy. It's huge and really helps in a lot of areas. My bench and my deadlift have gone up a lot after I started developing my core more. I'm also sleeping a lot better and waking up with less back pain and this is coming from someone who hasn't been working out as heavily as a lot of the other guys on this site.

Dude I work core after every work out, usually dead hang knee2chest on the pull up bar, incline twists with a plate, or do machine crunches with heavy weight. I got my abs used to training every workout day and all my pr's have gone up. I never knew how much abs play into lifts like squat, bent row, DL, and OHP
