I am trying to put on some mass one question I do have is you see all these frozen meals at the store that all you have to do is cook them are they any good or is it just better to buy the chicken and pasta or what ever and make it yourself?

i dont know about those frozen meals, but i know uncle bens has some rice you can buy that you warm up in 90 seconds. I eat that (brown rice of course) with some tuna, or you could put chicken over it. Its quick and its good.
Its always better to buy your own stuff and make the food yourself. Most of these frozen meals are high in trans and saturated fats and sodium.

Not to mention probably more expensive. You always pay for convenience it seems...

That is kind of what I was thinking about them but thought if I was trying to put on some size it should not really matter. I could be wrong still trying to figure all this shit out.

I was in a bind one day and ate 5 Lean Pockets in one sitting. They taste good but I make a lot of stir fry kind of stuff and nothing beats the fresh stuff steamed.
