View Full Version : Training Routine Suggestions

Sup fellas. I'm shopping around for a new training style or routine. I am a bodybuilder (but I also like to incorporate heavy power movements in my routine).

In the past, I have tried many routines. The two main ones for me seem to be Hellraiser Training (HRT) and Neil Hill's Y3T.

Lately I've been training very instinctively, but its getting stale and I want to try something I've never done before.

Can anyone make a solid recommendation for some serious gains? About to be cutting a little bodyfat soon to lean out and I want to spice up my training.

Here is a good hybrid routine that involves both powerlifting and bodybuilding types of training. You train with weights 4 days a week.
Day1 Squat, Legs + Core (Supplemental exercise after squats is Pause Squat/ Front Squat)
Day2 Bench, Chest + Triceps (Wide Grip Paused Bench)
Day3 off/ cardio
Day4 Deadlift, Back + Biceps + Forearms (Deficit Deadlifts)
Day5 Military Press, Shoulders (Any type of seated Press)
Day6 off/ cardio
Day7 off/ cardio
