What's up guys I'm rather new to the forum and so far I love it. I've been lifting for many years now and I have learned that this game is far more than just lifting and answering the greatest question how much ya bench? This life we have chosen truly sculpts not only our bodies but are mind and emotions as well. We all dont have to lift the most or be the biggest (although that may be the goal in the end) but more importantly we have to have the dedication, the perserverence, and above all the desire. I promise all of you that if you have these things then your training and diet will fall into place. I mean what the f*ck is the point of lifting and eating if we cant be dedicated, perservere and have the desire to excell.

Shit, this life aint easy, I mean if it was then everyone would do it. We've all at one point or another had to face an injury or a challenge that just wore us down so much we wonder if its worth it, well guys it is worth it. Because being faced with these challenges weather it be an injury or a plateau or what have you, teaches us what I think is the best lesson of all. To overcome. Being able to battle back from an injury or blast through a plateau, that my friends is one of the best feelings of all. When your down and out but you have the courage and strength to stay dedicated, perservere and the desire to strive forward. . . nothing beats it. Its too easy just to quit and say you've had enough, if your like me and I'm sure most of you are, you will never have enough.

This is such an individual game we're in and we must play the cards were dealt. Theres too many people out there that dont like their hand and fold it right away and those are the people that will never understand. Me, I battled through my injuries and I'm still fighting through a back injury that happened some six months ago but its getting better, I'm ain't complaining. And you can sure as hell bet that I'm playing the hand I was dealt, till the last breath in me says I can't do it no more. . . and then I'll push harder!!
