start the ATP yesterday with a good old fashion squat workout.

425x1
500x1 Easy

First time ive squatted in about a month so this will be a nice wy to track progression.

Was dead ass tired at 8:28 when I took the ATP. IT'S now 10:02 am I'm banging out shit in the gym. Late night madness

Off day but was ripping and running all day.

So far there are some good energy from the ATP. Been having to train late and tired and its given a little pick me up. Looking good so far.

Crushed a chest workout last night and feeling great today

Monday:
Front squats 135-225-315 sets of
Dead lift 225-315-405 sets of 10 and two the house

Wed:
Band Pull Aparts 50 reps
Upper Body work.
Incline 150 reps with 135
DB Bench 4-15 reps
Dips 4-15
Pull Aparts again
Cable flys with a drop set on last set.

A/C joint has been giving problems at times and trying to work some blood in the area.

Tuesday: upper work
Bis 6x10
Hanging leg raises followed by push-ups then pull-ups
10-20-10 reps 4 rounds. Added weight to the push-ups after each set. 25/45/100lb plate for 20 reps

Steep incline DB PRESS
55x20
85x15
95x10
105x8
115x8 PR!!! My shoulders have been killing me as of late and was finally able to do over heads with no pain

Great two days of training.
