I should have the supplement in the mail within the next few days. As we wait, let me tell you a little bit about myself so that we can judge the results better.
I am 5'6" and weigh approx. 220 lbs. My diet right now is about 70 percent clean and 30 percent dirty. I am not training for anything in particular at the moment where I need to worry about an exact body weight. I am not carrying that much fat, so I am not too worried about my diet right now. If the fat increases beyond where I'd like, I'll take another look here, but so far so good.
My training schedule may be a little unorthodox to some, but it is working wonders for me. My strength and size are increasing across the board. Saturdays-Squats/Deads/Shoulder press/Bench. Sunday-Rest. Monday-Chest/shoulders/triceps. Tuesday-Legs. Wednesday-Back/biceps. Thursday-Rest. Friday-Rest. Reps and weight is cycled on Saturdays and on the other days my weights are as heavy as can be while getting 10-20 reps.
Supplement wise, I will only be taking ATP, a multivitamin and a vitamin D supplement (doctors say my D levels are low) and protein.
I'll post more once I start up with the ATP.

Subbed for this wedge!

Welcome aboard.

Just got my package in the mail today. UPS delivery man caught me as I was getting in my car to go to work. I plan on starting up with it on Saturday, the next day I lift, just for mental ease. I'd rather I run take the last pak on a lifting day than a rest day.

Forgot to post my maxes above. Not sure if I will get to max out again by the end of the cycle, but I'll list them anyways.
Bench:300 (Competition). Have a charity comp on March 23. Shooting for a new PR of 315.
Deads: 450
Squat: 460
Overhead press: Bar: 225 Log (Clean and press): 220

Saturday

Took my first dose of ATP Project Stak today. Nothing overly different yet to report. Worth noting that two of the pills in Project Stak are a bit on the bigger side and it is possible people could have issues swallowing them.

Did bench first this week, as I have a charity bench contest next Saturday. Wanted to get ready.
Bench: 135 x 5, 185 x 3, 225 x 2, 255 x 1, 275 x 1, 300 x 1, 315 x 1*PR (been working on that for almost two years)
Squat: 315 x 3, 365 x 3, 405 x 3, 425 x 1 (used wraps from 365 on)
Deads: 135 x 3, 225 x 3, 315 x 3 (Back was tight, so I didn't push it)
Standing Shoulder Press: 95 x 5, 135 x 3, 155 x 3, 155 x 3

Did some calf work as well.

Thanks guys. Felt great reaching a long held goal. And Dano, it's been a good year thus far, 450 dead and 315 bench has fallen. Working on 500 squat now...

Chest/Shoulders/Triceps

Have a bench contest on Saturday and I was a bit tight for time, so I just went for a quick pump, in and out. Wasn't able to take ATP the full 45 minutes beforehand due to a work issue, though I did get about 20 minutes in between taking it and hitting the weights.
Also, due to the contest and having to travel to upstate NY on Sunday for an early Easter dinner with the in-laws, I am doing my normal Saturday exercises on their corresponding days this week. I.E. push press with shoulders this week.

Incline DB: 50/60/70 x 15
Incline DB Flys: 20/30/40 x 15
BB Push Press; 95 x 5, 135 x 3, 185 x 3, 200 x 3*PR
Side Raises (Machine): 50 x 15 x 3
V-Bar Pressdowns: 50/80/100 x 15
Extensions (Machine): 50 x 50

Back/Biceps

Cable Rows, Wide Grip: 100/120/140 x 20

Rope Curls: 40/55/70 x 20
Preacher Curls: 50 x 20 x 2
Hammer Curls: 20/25 x 20/15

Weighed myself for the heck of it after my workout. Weight in at 232 according to the "non-reliable" scale and 227 on the more reliable one. Had on sweats and a t-shirt when weighing in. I'd place my weight at approx. 225, the heaviest I have ever weighted and a five pound increase in the last three weeks.

Thanks J. I wanted 425 x 3 again, but with the combo of shoveling some heavy ass sludge yesterday, along with squats, my back was fried. Broke out the PVC pipe to roll on this evening.

Definitely feeling the impact of the ATP right now. For those who don't know, I'm a journalist, an editor for a small weekly newspaper in Southington. I oversee a small staff and right now my reporter is off on paternal leave, so I am doing his job and mine. While it's not as much of a pain as some other jobs that people do on here, it has translated into 12-15 hour days several times a week, often only interrupted by a quick trip to the gym. While using ATP I am not feeling as run down as I had been prior to starting up the supplement.

I'll be taking a page out of Big Al's book and using ATP before bed the next few days, as they are rest days before Saturday's bench comp.

Nice--packing on some weight!

And I can imagine how you feel after hitting squats/legs, shoveling and then deadlifting soon after. The shoveling alone takes a lot out of you--hits your lower back, quads, hamstrings, glutes, accessory muscles, etc.

I like the sound of the Stak before bed. The others are mentioning it's been helping their recovery out a lot. I may try that out too (though I currently take Animal PM before bed, which I like).

I think it is. Fronts, along with light overheads at the end of leg days, are really helping. Right now my max is in the mid 400s and I've hit 405 for a triple.

I'm heavier than I've ever been and my gut is way smaller than it was a few years ago when I was 220. Got to credit everything I've learned in here for that one.
Following the Feb. blizzard a trainer friend of mine at the Y were talking about why we can deadlift with no real back pain, but after shoveling it felt like we were shot. We noted that in the gym the weight is always close to the body, while shoveling, it is always away from the body. Makes sense.
Also, screw shoveling. I'm buying a snowblower for next year.

I used it last night before bed for the first time. Got a good nights sleep in for me (I have two puppies, so sleep is a premium right now). Felt refreshed and ready to go this morning, instead of the normal groggy until you "wake up" feeling. Going to try it again tonight.
Also of note, I had somewhat vivid dreams last night, much like I experience with melatonin. Maybe because I was able to get into a deep sleep.

Seems like a lot of people are reporting good results when taking it before bed. I might have to try that before I'm done.

Southington YMCA Livestrong at the YMCA cancer charity bench contest

Weighed in at 223 (not the normal scale I use at the YMCA) and was placed in the 221 Open division (only one there I believe). Took ATP about 45-an hour before I started lifting (hard to gauge with these things). Jay Ro from the Forum came down from MA to compete as well.

Opener: 275-3 whites. Easy.
Second: 300-3 whites. Went up smooth.
Final: 315-2 reds and a white. completed the lift, but was told my right foot "kicked out" so it didn't count.

Was annoyed that I didn't officially get the final lift, I was psyched that I completed it from a pause on my chest, as I first got 315 a week ago. Overall, I'd say I had a good night.

Log Incline Bench: 145 x 10, 195 x 10, 195 x 10

Everything was nice and tight and felt great. Felt the best I have in the gym in a long time.
Missed the first PR squat by about an inch. Didn't go deep enough. Wasn't going out like that. Five minute rest, went and took it. 15 pound increase in about six weeks.
Five pound increase on deads in six weeks. May have been more if I didn't squat first.
