Pretty excited to be a part of this. I was able to get my can at the Arnold, as I interned all weekend. Started it up Monday, here's the fun:

Right now, I'm 6' sitting around 240. I'm also getting ready to run a Tough Mudder in May, so my weight might drop a bit in the process of prep. I'm also loosely following backloading principles in terms of a "diet."

After generally not following any kind of training program, I'm hopping back on 5/3/1, but using considerably lower maxes than what I am used to, due to the fact that I lift first thing in the morning at 5:30am and am nursing some lingering injuries in my lower back and shoulder, so I would rather crush rep PRs than potentially wreck my shit going too heavy.

So yeah... let's do this.

It could just be me, but since starting it Monday, I have not been able to get a full night's sleep, or even sleep more than 2 hours at a time; I have been constantly waking up super dry-mouthed or dehydrated. I'll then go pound down some water, fall back asleep, and in two hours... sure enough.

Not really sure what's going on, but I'm gonna try and get a solid 1.5 gallons in me before I go to bed tonight.

Hmm. That is interesting. I'm not aware of any of the ingredients in Project Stak that would make you more thirsty or dehydrated.

Today is an off-day from lifting, so I'll be taking it pre-bed.

Barbell Curl:

8 x 135 - "And not a single rep was done that day."

Already hit one PR, and that's the most chin-ups I have ever done in a day.

For front squats, that would be a rep PR. I probably had another 2-3 in me, but decided to play it safe for my back.
