Very busy weekend in the books. Got in a couple of fly by wire workouts!!

Overall feeling: Satisfied

The recovery was very good. I will know more on this as the intensity ramps back up and the weights become heavier. Since I have changed up the diet, I don't know what to attribute the faster recovery to. Project Stak or the diet. But overall, am pleased so far.

On to todays workout.

Bench - It still sucks! I have decided that I am going to alternate heavy bench days with heavy accessories. Maybe I am focusing too much on just flat bench and not enough on the other work. Either way, got in, did some flat bench. Worked up to a nice slow 245. Drop set at 185 for 6. Could have gone more, but that was it.

Moved on to incline DB press. Heavy set of 55 for 6.

Tri's - straight bar skulls (7 reps) supersetted with cgbp (7 reps) without moving. Just move from one exercise to the other. That got the blood going!!!!

Moved on to cable tri press downs. 1 arm overhand and underhand. 2 sets, 7 reps each.
Cable press down - curl bar, double overhand - heavy set of 190 x 3

Seated chest fly - done with speed. 75 x 10 and 90 x 10

Called it a day after that. Gotta get up at 4am to make it to work by 5.

All in all, love the feeling from Project Stak. Everything felt on point tonight.

Bike - 10 minute warm up

Sqauts (against orange pro band - no resistance bottom, approx 100lb at top)
bar x 5 x 2
135 x 4
225 x 5
275 x 2
315 x 1
365 x miss

Leg X
3 sets of 12

Ham Blaster
3 sets of 10

Farmers Walk
100lb DB's x 3 - 54 step laps of gym area

Done

Having been on Project Stak now for a few days, I can really see the benefits from it. The soreness that usually is present after a hard squat session is not as bad as usual. The weights felt good yesterday, just was a little unnerved not having a spotter for the last set. Not many in the Y know how to spot but the saftey bars were in place and I made use of them! So far, I am really liking Project Stak. I have very good focus in the gym. I can definitely feel some pump along with it. I can't wait to see how the strength increases over the next 2 weeks. Tomorrow will be OHP. So far, I think this is a very solid product that will benefit everyone.

Good stuff Bob!

Thanks, Phil.

Had a crazy weekend. Tons of family stuff. Had a great weekend. Can't wait to get back to the iron this week. Project Stak has taken DAYS off my recovery. Usually I am sore for 3 days after legs with the 2nd being the worst. Not any more! 2nd day soreness wasn't that bad at all and day 3.....NONE. I love this shit!!!!!!!!!!

Had to get out as the mrs has tons of shopping to do for Easter. Strength is progressing nicely. Can tell that soreness has greatly diminished while using PS. Can't wait til this hits the shelves full go. Personally, I wouldn't change the ingredient profile. It seems to be great with what it has now.

So far, having cleaned up the diet and taking PS, I can tell a big difference. The biggest difference I notice is the recovery. I can tell you that usually I am sore for a couple days after lifting. Now, I am sore the next day but by the second day, the soreness is pretty much gone. Being able to play with the kids outside of roll around on the floor the day after lifting is so much easier now!! So far, I would give PS a solid A+.
