Just started my cycle of "Project Stak," I'm going to be using it to attempt to gain strength while losing body fat and maybe compete next year in a powerlifting meet. My current body weight is 320 with 20% body fat look to get down to 308 or less and with 15% body fat.

Currently, my split is one I took out of the MetroFlex Power building Basics called Limit Strength Programs.
My current best are 450 bench 600 squat and 500 deadlift all raw lifts. I am looking to add at least 50 pounds or more to all of my lifts.

Here is my stak:

Animal pack
Project Stak
Six Star protein from the local walmart

Here is my current workout schedule:

Monday- Bench and accessory
Tuesday – Squat and accessory
Wednesday- Off
Thursday – Bench Accessory and Cardio
Friday – Deadlift and accessory
Saturday - Off
Sunday – Off

Overall my diet is pretty good and im in good health to. I will keep updates on my progress and hopefully day by day logs to.

Woke up a little sore but recovery time has increased with taking Project Stak. The day after squats I fill like my legs are going to fall off. Project Stak must be helping me with the recovery time so that’s good. It’s my day off today so I took a Project Stak in the Morning after Breakfast. Will see how I fill tomorrow going into a somewhat lite bench day.

Subbed for this BM. Some solid workouts in here already!

I noticed you mentioned you're thinking of competing in a powerlifting meet next year. My best advice, and advice that was previously given to me by one of our mentor's here--Henri Skiba, was to just go for it! It's really worth doing a meet b/c you learn so much during the prep for the meet and on the day of the meet. It's something that you won't know until you experience it firsthand. I was very hesitant on doing one that first time but I'm happy I took up Skiba on his advice. I learned so much that first time and used it to continuously progress. I say go for it! You'll have a whole crew here rooting for you and who can also help guide you along the way.

Project Stak: So far project stak has increased my recovery time; I have more energy during my workouts. I also fill like my muscles are going too exploded after each workout.

Well bench didn’t go like I wanted it to. I tweak my right shoulder a little but no pain that’s good. I think I need to find a better warm up instead of band pull apart and 15 min for cardio before bench. So if anyone has some good warm up tips before a bench work leave a post or just commit on this post.

After warming up with the pull aparts, do you begin benching lightly--bar for a few sets and gradually move up to the larger weights?

Good article I use the same warm up for all my chest workouts. I should start doing it before and the day after my chest workouts, maybe that would help with the soreness and prevent me from tweaking out my shoulders.

Yep--That can definitely make a difference for ya. Helps draw blood into those hard to reach areas for recovery and joint mobility.

Each can will have 21 packs, which is one full cycle. We also ask that upon receiving Project Stak that you begin taking immediately. Upon finishing Project Stak, we will have a set of basic questions that we'll need you to follow up with. Please keep these in mind throughout the testing process so that you can assess everything fully….

--Monitor how it affects the main lifts.

Did you increase your weight in any of these lifts while on Project Stak? If training for reps, did you experience any increase in reps?

• Bench-Reps increased and heavy weight seemed easier to move. Did the weight of my bench increase not sure with my training split haven’t got to that part of the training yet.

• Squat- Same as the bench commit

• Deadlift- Same as the bench commit

• A one thing I did get stronger in is all my Assistance Exercises have gone up quit a bite

Starting Bodyweight:
320
Ending Bodyweight:
308 so I lost a couple of pounds during the cycle. That’s a plus for me.

Body Fat % before Project Stak:
24%
Body Fat % after Project Stak:
20%

Recovery Time: The recovery time during Project Stak cycle was freak in amazing. SORENESS NO MORE HAHA! It was like I could workout back to back days but I like to take day off between my training cycles.

I did notices some increase in libido but not much.

I did not experience any reduction fatigue.

Summary Of Project Stak:

Great product overall for losing weight, gaining strength, but lacks the energy boost. If I was to do something different about the product is add some type of caffeine product to it and some BCAA to. This would make this an elite pre-workout supplement on the market. J-Dawg thanks for giving me the chance to preview your supplement line and hope to keep in touch via-email and maybe be apart animal team one day. So this is BeastMode 247 signing out.
