I've been working on my bench for a LONG time now. 3 plates is a damned monkey on my back.

Any suggestions? I'm currently starting the 5.3.1 for powerlifters, and i'm adding in conditioning as well. I'll be doing truck pulls, rows, car pushes, hill sprints, etc. about 2-3 times a week.
