As Antoine would say...beyond beyond beyond beyond beyond failure haha. It was a good set, the plate on the right rolled on the 3rd rep and really threw me off though

Box is way to high

Get tight on the decent, you are plopping onto the box

Way too high man. You wont get much transfer doing reps like that.

I'd lower the box to parallel (crease of hip is below) if you are going to sit and explode, or set the box slightly below even that if you are going to do touch and go.

Drop the box height, like others have said.

Take the dangling 25s off and focus on form/speed. I don't know why you'd use that setup in the first place, but they serve no purpose other than a slight deload at the bottom and (more likely) the ability to create way too much instability.

Bands or chains to a parallel box would be a much safer/more effective alternative.
