I will begin a log as I journey to my new goal of a 2300lb total at 220 and I'm currently 22 years old. I would love to do this within 2013. I've never done a full multiply meet, something has always come up to where I can't squat or pull. These are my current pr's and goals

I would happy even if I did this at 242 I just wanna put together a legit total and finally get it done. I haven't squatted in a meet in 3 years that's why that meet pr is a little low. But I'm gonna track my journey on here for you all to follow.

today was a light bench day, i alternate light and heavy weeks. heavy is in a shirt and light is raw
bench
300 5x5

close grip
275 3x5

tricep extension
pushdowns
kickbacks all three of those 2x12

i wasn't at my normal gym i was away on vacation so i did what i could do there

saturday april 27th was a shirted bench day
my working sets
630 3 sets of 3 off 3 board in a loosed as shirt
then held 710 for 10 seconds
close grip raw 300 3x5
tricep pushdown and extensions 2x12

today i squatted in just briefs, first time in briefs in a few months starting to get ready for the meet been raw for awhile

reverse band deadlift, i pulled convential today

friday i benched shirted again and went to a tighter shirt from a 48 to a 46
