Just recovered from a serious forearm injury (Fracture (surgery) - metal plate + 6 screws) that happened in December. Never competed before but hoping to do so in August.

Note: As you can see, my back rounds quite badly lol but it doesn't hurt and actually feels natural - This is not my all time max but was the heaviest I went today. What can I do to improve my form?
