I'm in my 5th-6th week of heavy power training, being incorporated into my bodybuilding routine. I'm noticing the past week or so that I can't go nearly as heavy as those first couple weeks. I have been doing heavy power sets of 3x5 or 3x3 on those heavy power movements (squats, DL, bench).

Does this mean I need to take a de-load if my strength seems to be going down? I'm not sure how else to explain it or what else could be going on. My diet has not changed much over the past couple weeks. If anything, ive had MORE cheat meals and extra cals.

Can any seasoned power lifters offer some insight?
