Here's another slow cooker recipe I really like. For any of you crazy dudes who don't mind having to wipe your a$$ with a snow-cone, or having to freeze a pack of baby wipes, I included some things you can throw in to make it scream. I'd probably still make it the 2-3 ingredient way first and then you can always add something to it later. I don't usually make it super hot because then my wife wouldn't eat it. Wait... I think I've been going about that all wrong....

Ingredients:
-- 3-5 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breast (thawed)
-- 1 bottle of Frank's Red Hot (you can use less of the bottle if you only use 3 lbs of chicken)
-- (OPTIONAL) 1 pkg of Hidden Valley dry ranch dressing mix (REALLY good)

Yeah... That's it!

Extras (to kick it up):
-- Sriracha
-- Diced jalapenos, or any other pepper

Directions
Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. Place chicken on the bottom of the pot. Pour in all of the Frank's, and any extras you want. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. About a half hour before you want to eat, take the chicken out and put it on a plate. Use two forks to shred it, then place it back in the slow cooker to soak up some sauce.

This is awesome in a sandwich, a wrap, or in a salad (if you're going no-/low-carb).

Yup. It's awesome. I used thighs for this batch, because they were cheaper, and I don't mind the extra fat in the diet.

Franks Red Hot is great! Back about 15-16 years ago I was unfortunate enough to have to do some jail time but ended up fortunate enough to share a pod with the head cook from Famous Dave's. He said their secret wing recipe was just 1 cup butter and one cup Frank's! Of course back then (after I got out) I had to have the grocery store order me some Frank's because nobody really carried it then. But that's the recipe I've used every time since! Basic and awesome.

Definitely gonna be giving this a try soon, probably tomorrow or Friday.

Just gonna cook up some rice to throw in it when it's just about done.

The thighs are much more moist as well.
