Here is what I have planned out for training. I can't lift on Sunday's or Saturdays. Between Church and kids sports... This leaves me with Mon-Fri. I can do a few things at home.
Sunday - OFF
Monday - Deads
Tuesday - Bench
Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - Squats
Friday - Bodybuilding Day
Saturday - OFF
He is a few items I have for Training... Drag Sled, DL platform with Band attachments, Fat Grips plus the basic's.... I'm going to join a local Gym who has a team and everything needed. Mono-lift, chains, everything....
Back to my workout... I plan on Wed.. My so called day off... I will do Sled drags, Hill sprints etc... I may switch The Sled drags to Saturday if they effect my Squats... Or I can switch my Squat and BB day around. Give another Day of recover before squats. AB's everyday, but Wednesday.
