Well since back from family trip x 2 weeks and need to work more on squats/legs esp for full power or if do change mind for bb ulikely but never know.
did squats friday and today feel great sore as hell, was still sore squatting today but felt good
doing good depth and focus on speed not as fast as a westside speed but good speed
ended up squatting on really only 2 days rest 275 x 6 2 sets easy to med diff had some more well you could say wimped out but also without a spotter just to get the rep I do not want to get in bad habit of cutting it high that habit is hard to break.

With a spotter I need at least 8-10 reps w/275
One other good sign is appetite increasing very hungry again.

One more note really happy to be here again this is good talk about training, nutr etc,
