I'm new in powerlifting, and will post my progress each week...

BW:210 - 18 y/o

My max before start the program:

*Squat: 310 lbs
*Deadlift:315 lbs
*Bench Press:240 lbs
*Military Press:160 lbs
yeah...i know i'm not pretty strong... :/

The first cycle I did:

Squat:

W2 -250x10
W3-265x8
W4-DELOAD

Bench
W1-185X14
W2-195X11
W3-205X8
W4-DELOAD

Deadlift
W1-230x10
W2-255x8
W3-270x6
W4-DELOAD

Military Press
W1-120X13
W2-130X10
W3-135X11
W4-DELOAD

**Second Cycle**

Week 1:

*Squat: 245x12

*Bench Press: 185x15

*Deadlift: 250x10

*Military Press: 125x15

I'm happy with this week, I felt a progress... Also I lost weight, before start the first cycle my bw was around 215 lbs and I'm now on 210.
