Im currently taking pak, m-stak, real gains, cee and whey. Next month im adding stak 2 on top of that. I train like a "powerbuilder", with strength and size goals right now. What would the best strength stak be?

Pak's got your basics covered.
Reals Gains and whey will give you extra calories.
If you're looking to keep things basic, I'd cut out the CEE and replace it with Animal Pump. You can then focus on Pak, Pump and Real Gains. Remember King, more isn't necessarily better. Supplement smartly and as you need it, not because you'll get "faster" results. Good luck.

Wasteland is right in that more is not always better and although CEE may help it is not a necessity. Along with the Pak, Pump, Real Gains, and Whey, you may just want to check out the M-Stak or Stak 2 to help out too because those are specific anabolic (muscle building) supplements. But aside from the supplements you MUST make sure that you are consuming plenty of high quality proteins, good complex and fibrous carbs, essential fats and most important.....calories!!

Being a young bodybuilder i dont really need any supps. THe pak, protein and creatine i hardly think of as supps. Out of the m-stak, stak2 and pump what would help me increase strenth the most?

I would say stak2.. but if you are under 18 like me you shouldn't be taking hormonal boosters. M-stak is great for boosting strength and size at the same time, stak it with pump/pak and you've got a sick combination.. I'm trying it out myself starting tomorrow

King since you say you are young I say try out Pump, it will give you creatine, NO, and some preworkout energy. Like Viper said calories are the most important thing.

I've been using a Real Gains/Storm/Pak/Nitro/Shock Therapy/Pump combination for a while now, and loving every second of it. The Shock Therapy and Storm combination is mind blowing, and when combined with Pump, my pumps and strength have increased each time out. I'm 22, and if you're under 18, these guys got it right. Supplement intelligently, as you need it, mostly for muscle recovery...not to "get big faster". Most of your calories and carbs should be coming from whole foods first, then establish your supplement regimen based on necessity. I know how my body reacts to each of these supps when they are combined with my diet, and it has taken lots of adjustments.

at your age your dont want to be messin with hormone supplements. The M-Stak and Pump would be a better fit for you right now.
