The Road To CAPO NATIONALS.
First week deadlifting training prep for Animal athletes Garrett GUNZ Griffin and Richard THE ANT Hawthorne. Garrett visits Richard's Gym Southern Elite PL to learn and trains deads.

This was a great training lesson!! lol That's what I called it. I worked up to 600x1 my way and planned on going up, but Richard instead worked on technique and me getting away from the "jerk' grip and rip. It was very hard to transition after always walking up to the bar and ripping it up. I was very open minded and determined to lean how to pull the right way, I was very happy with the rep I hit at end of workout while still learning form. The pulls off the 6' inch box are brutal, I can't walk today.

u squat like steve goggins- which aint a bad thing considering he is still at at about 50 and just hit an 800+ raw squat

Ha ill take that but my chest isnt usually that low my back was trashed for this squat session due to heavy rep of 10x10 two days before.
