Today Was Supposed To Be A Back Day But I Was Still Feeling My Squats From Sun And I Pull this Week So I Decided To Do Some Much Needed Pre/Rehab Work Im Trying To Include This Atleast Once A Week Along With My Daily Stretching And Foam Rolling. Kept Everything Really Light Today And Did A Few Band stretches

Went Back To Rapid Fitness In Raleigh Everybody Was Off For The Holiday Weekend So We Went A Lil Earlier Than Usual Was Down A Meal Because Of The Timing But Still Had A Good Workout. I Have Been Trying This New Workout For Bench I was Told To Start With 225 And Stay With That Until I Could Get It For 20 Straight Reps Took Three Weeks But I Finally Got It I was Supposed To Go 230 Today But I Think I Was Still Feeling Jacked From My Deads Thur Nitght So My Workout Went Like this

No Eliptical On Bench Day I Just Take About 10 To 15 Mins To Warm My Shoulders
