Nice lift! Need to watch for the bounce ( up & down ) call when the bar touches your chest, but very strong and controlled, good lift!

Thanks, and I agree..I never do that. For some reason I went down normally and just let the bar drop. I usually do my paused benches like at 1:51 of this video:

I have no idea why I did that today...it made the lift harder to me actually!

I agree, had slight double bounce to it but very solid man!! As long as its on point for the meet that's all that matters, keep it up.

Thanks man! Just gotta make sure I don't screw up again with that double bounce/letting it fall on my chest thing at the meet. Just gotta stay tight/control it.

For sure, gotta stay tight! So many little thing can make a huge difference, this one is rigth at the top!
