I figured I would post a typical shoulder workout since I get asked a lot what I do for shoulders! I have a specific day just for shoulders as I believe the stronger the shoulders get the more the bench will go up!!

Very strong stuff. I am curious and I am guessing it's up here somewhere, but what is your typical "training split"? I am looking for some ideas, I am trying to add some size to my upper body and hopefully bring my bench up closer to where I want it.

Normal training split

Mond-shoulders and traps
Tues- off
Wed- bench
Thurs-deadlift
Friday-arms
Sat-legs squats
Sund- off

Sometimes I have to make changes, Tuesday and Thursday are hardest days to get anything done as I have a 5 year old son but I just throw in deads on squat day or skip shoulders and pull. I only bench 1 once a week but I put in about 2 hrs of shit on bench night.
