Wanted to somewhat see where I was tonight, bodyweight is 214. Flat bench working sets 365x4, 405x3, 455x2, 475x1, 500x1, 510x1. Floor presses 315x3, 405x3, 455x3, 475x2. Incline DB presses 100x12, 110x24, 80x10 paused reps.
