The "Boise Fitness Expo" is tomorrow.
June 8, 2013
10am-5pm MST
Century Link Arena
Admission is FREE.
Rage & HIGA MONSTER will be at the Animal Pak booth.
Rage will be teaching a HRT seminar called "Train like Hell" from 11am-12pm.
HIGA MONSTER will also be doing a Inch Dumbbell press for reps demonstration on the main stage later that afternoon.

Tonight, the Expo is only open for the BB.com employees from 7:30pm-midnight.
Jesse works in the Customer Service dept. He told me he is getting ready for the USAPL Raw Nationals in July.

Expo opens in 55 minutes.
The Boise IRONMAN triathalon is today too so there is a lot of people here. Its supposed to be 94 degrees today, so the runners will cross the finish line is some heat!

Just checked outta my hotel, headed to the Boise airport in 20 mins.
Another successful Boise Fit Expo in the books.
Here is a funny story...
It never ceases to amaze me how people think. The expo is FREE. All the supplement samples that we gave out was FREE.
And still idiots will think that I am not looking and they grab a can of Pak or Flex off the shelves.
"That Samoan guy isn't watching me. I am going to steal 2 cans of Animal Flex while he has his back turned..."
Except the cans were empty.
