heres my before and after pic.
the before pic was back in 2010 when i had been into bodybuilding for 2 years. then after pic is this year, 3 years of never missing a single training session and sticking to my diet plan religously and pushing myself as hard as possible.

thanks very much G diesel. i have a long way ahead of me. i will keep the spirit up as always and be proud to diet harder again and again.
