I try to be very structured with my diet/ supps. Im wondering whether to take my m-stak 45 mins pre workout right after a meal or on a semi-empty stomach. Now I'm eating my pre workout meal, waiting an hour, taking the m-stak and lifting 45 mins later.
try to take it on an empty stomach that way youll feel the effects more. also if there is still food in your stomach the food may be digested before the mstak causing the mstak to not be digested until your in the middle of your workout.
I say who gives a shit if you take with food...yuor body should be full of food all day if you want to grow..so if your eating to grow then there will be food in your body
