Many of you know who I am, so lets cut to the chase. I created this to bring light to the Smolov Squat Training program. I will be using the 13 week smolov cycle in preparation for Relentless Detroit on November 2nd. This program is brutal, I would know. I ran the base mesocycle last December. The base cycle alone I added 60 pound to my squat, but something more then a stronger squat came from that.. I became more confident under the bar. I grew to love squatting. I was forced to tap into every bit of mental strength I had.. It forever changed me as a lifter. This time I am going full steam ahead...

For this cycle I used 95% of my "365" squat. That translates to 575. Any given day of the week I know I can squat 600 w/ no belt. I recently hit a 635 no belt. My best belted is 660, best w/ wraps is 705.
Week 1 is behind me, week two is upon me. Go time!
