I didn't realize how much we actually did, lol. That was almost an hour of deadlifting counting our various warmup sets to get the hips loose.

My deadlift training has been like this for about a month. I have to say that it is def paying off. My squat days are mainly just squats with some glute ham raises. Bench day is just bench with some flies. I'm def getting stronger by focusing on the main movements.

Would've liked to follow deads with light wide stance squats, but as J said above we spent the entire lunch hour pulling. haha

Worked with my mobility/strength coach last night. Did some cardio on the wrestling mat with the group he trains before me, then some manual stretches, ART, and stim treatment. I can barely fucking walk today.

Nice lol you can adapt them for other bodyparts too. Pulldown followed by pullover. DB skullcrusher followed by a press.

Today I hit up a late session at Skiba's. Just went in and trained fucking hard. No program. No rep scheme. Just trained hard.

I did about 15 sets of deads from the floor.
6-8 sets of block pulls.
6 sets Chins
6 sets Rows
4 sets Glute Ham Raises

I soaked completely through 2 different shirts and left a puddle of sweat everywhere I went. I miss training like that.

Fish Oil is def keeping my joints healthy, feel like my recovery and digestion is good but idk if thats a direct result of the healthy cure all fats. haha


As for the chromium pic, it has my insulin sensitivity ON FIRE.

I was carb cycling previously.

I currently hitting about 350g carb, 400g protein, 130g fat on training days

Non training days are 250g carbs, 350g protein, 180g fat.

All from clean foods- eggs, ground turkey, steak, rice, greek yogurt, fruit, almond butter.
