Starting a new journey, its just me now, alone no partners or trainers. I train alone just me and my thoughts and pain i enjoy pushing my self harder everytime i step through the door as i sit and find that place thats quit and dark that i can go to and stay to help me push those last to reps. I love my training and thats why i starting this thread so i can vent and ask for tips on problems or questions i may have. i should be posting about every day or as mush as i can plz give me feed back and even critizes if you fell somethings wrong.

So i Blasted shoulders last night 2 hours of none stop delts punishment, had a long bad day and just wanted to wast every ounce i had left in my body.
started w
4x20 of side and front raises
4x10 machine shoulder press (one arm at a time)
3x10 millitary press
3x20 rear delta press
2x20 side raises
finished w/ 2x fialure just to give everything i had left in the tank.

had me a real gains shake w/ some carb pluse and some bcaa pro

then headed home to some steak and sweet potatos "Fucking GOOD"

That was last night ill post a lil later to day bc i got all my sups from bodybuilder.com just to give a insight on that
