Animal day is such a special day at our gym. It allows the old to share with the new.
So many diverse ideas and a forum to share them all.
Then add a WORLD CLASS POWERLIFTER DAN GREEN AND THE GYM turns into
a mini Arnold and we all benefit from his knowledge.
