Damn, that's strong Ernie! Any tips for improving this lift? For me the hardest part is where to rest the bar and keeping it in place.

It has taken me a while to get the hang of these front squats. My best advice is to keep the bar behind your front delt as much as possible.. A lot of guys make the mistake of keeping it right on the front of the delt which will let the bar roll and even roll off of you.. You want the bar to be as far back as possible to the point of it pretty much close to choking you. This has worked very well for me.
