listen guys im going on an 18 week cut and im gonna try to keep that weight off besides doin cardio at night before i go to bed nd stayin between 700-1000 calories im also takein cuts and pak....is there anything else i can do?...or anyother supplements i could take?
not really just do cardio up the ass and the shit will come right off
Do you mean 700-1000 calories a day?! That's mad. You'll lose everything. You want a deficit, but not that much
those cals are super low, and if thats all you need to maintain your muscle you should think about putting on some size before you cut.
anyways, cardio first thing in the am on an empty stomach is a much better choice than at night before bed.
my advice would be to have a baseline diet and adjust it every couple of weeks by adding more cardio or lower carbs.
what are your stats - bf, age, weight?

Definately need more calories there mate. How do you get through the day without passing out?! if you crash diet then you're body is gonna cling on to the fat harder as it goes into starvation mode.
Post us up your diet plan thats always a good place to start.
