I sit here and wait for the clock to roll over because I am timing my meals. My coworkers keep asking what I'm eating but everyday its the same. 2 Liters of water, eggs, steak, some supps and on a good day a V8. I wake up to bike to work and from work to the gym and so on and so forth. Every calorie I eat is a calculation to my failures and my successes every once of energy digested is so important. For my bike, my pump, my day. "Its the little things" = The most under rated saying ever. Everyone is looking for the next great diet pill, fat burning workout, or energy booster but from what I've seen there is no magic pill, mystery workout or supplement that can overpower the negative affects of a poor diet. Its that simple no fuss no muss just the little things that matter like just making the choice to run off of cleaner burning fuel.
