I'm right now I'm at a gym that is a training circuit only. What you do is 40 seconds of weights as many reps as you can do in that time, rest 10 seconds, go to the next station, do it again. 12 stations, you're done in 30 minutes. It works your entire body, but you do not have the free weights and you are somewhat limited in you're lifts because you follow specific circuits and do the same lifts each time you go in. It gets you into great shape and you are exhausted afterwards, but I just dont know if this is the best thing for me. i'm making good gains. i've gained 6 lbs in 3 weeks, lost 2.5% body fat and will know how much bigger my chest, arms, legs, ect...has gotten next week when i've been at it a month. I'm taking Animal Pak, M-Stak, Pump, and will be adding Cuts here in a week after my week off cycle is done. Even though i'm making fairly good gains doing this, would i be better off doing the free weights instead of being limited on my lifts? Or go with "if it ain't broke, dont fix it"? Advice appriciated Brothers!

personally i would do some free weights....you dont want to be limited to what your doin..switch it up and add some free weights here and there to keep your muscles guessing

If you're looking to maximize your gains in lean mass and strength, I would join a more traditional gym where you can do multiple sets and train on a split routine. I feel those "30 minute circuit" gyms have their place in society, but are better suited to promote general fitness, health and vitality in the more senior, sedentary population. Peace, G
