Sup fellas?
Been doing the big on a budget diet for 8 days now.
Meal 1: 5 whole eggs, 1 large banana, 1 large bagel
Meal 2: 4oz of lean beef, 4oz of noodles (pre)
Bridge meal 3: universal ISO whey and oats, (gonna be throwing in Real gains soon >;D)
Meal 4: 1 can of tuna, and 1 cup of white rice
Meal 5: shake
Meal 6: casein
Def gonna be upping the carbs in the later meal (5-6) May throw in another real gains shake, or Another tuna/white rice meal. Then the casein.
So far in 8 days, I've went from 208.5 to 216.4 today. And that was weighing myself first thing this morning on an empty stomach. Pretty solid gains so far. Really impressed with the results. I'm real excited to throw in real gains tho :D
Current stats are, 5'10-216.4lbs
Max lifts are: 515lbs bench press, 565 dead lift, and max squat is coming soon. But hit squat the other day 315lbs for 2 sets of 10 then 405 for 5. So not too bad. But not close to being satisfied.
I have chest, abs today. I'll post a workout up and show some numbers guys.
Max 1 reps I'm going for is 600+ bench, 650 dead lift, and 600 squat.
So I got a long road ahead, but stay tuned.
