Ernie Jr... Goin for #1 national spot in the 220 class with a total of 1950-2000.

Eric... Lookin to up his own all time WR in the squat by goin over 900. And if that werent enough, Eric is aimin for Stan Efferding's all time WR raw total @ 275... So Eric is lookin to go north of 2303.

Thank you son, and if all goes well I'll be back on the platform with you two VERY soon! Eric isn't the ONLY Lilliebridge in pursuit of a 900 RAW squat! Healing phase begins NOW! Heavy cycle and competition on horizon, stay tuned.......it's about to get real real, real fast!

Very impressive to both. Eric's last deadlift was VERY close which would have given him the WR total as well unless I am mistaken.

I was lucky enough to be standing right at the edge of the platform to witness it the squat and get video of it. It was easily the sickest thing I have ever seen! And he's just getting started, he had more in the tank for sure...

We are currently 2 1/2 weeks out from our next competition. It's on December 14th in our home town Sugar Grove IL. We will be looking to push our totals even further in the same weight classes.

Yea, the boys are doing it again! Not satisfied with there results from competing in Iowa 2 weeks ago, they will be competing again on 12-14-13! Ernie Jr. will take another shot at taking the #1 spot in the 220's, and Eric will be looking to take down Big Stan and his World Record 2303 total! This is going to be a HUGE meet for both of them! I'm still benched and in recovery mode, and getting ready for RUM in Feb. The meet location for the boys is: Division One in Sugar Grove IL. Contact the gym owner at: 1-630-537-0204
