Been here a while, figured I'd at least start logging around and keeping track of things online instead of just in my logbook. My main focus is power lifting with a minor in weight loss.

Stats: 29 years old. Started at 464 pounds in 2009. I'm down to 279 now, and still going. I'm competing in May, hoping to hit 242's for the first time probably since middle school, and hit a 600 pound dead lift while maintaining the weight loss. Bench has taken a big hit, 365 was my max, now I'm hovering around 310 sadly. Squat also feels out of the groove, so I've reset numbers big time and am going with a lower training max than ever before setting it at 455. In May it's a bench and dead lift meet, so I'm shooting for 600 pull and a 320 bench. I'm currently using The Cube method for my training.
