Added in some heavy low back work this morning. Heavy benching in 24hrs

I saw that and look forward to seeing him in person. I'll be competing Friday. 220 bench only. I was there in 2010 I did 523@220. That PR will fall pretty hard.

Benching benching and more benching going on around here. All is going well. No break downs or sets back. Blessed to be back.

Today will start meet training for Raw Unity 2015

Unllike last year I have zero injuries to contend with. Im 100% healthy and have full support of the people that meanthe most.

I'll post vids and training comments here.

Thanks to Animal for the countless years of support over the years.
